This Acceptable Use Policy (“Policy”) governs how you may use the BlueSuite platform and services provided by BlueSuite Enterprises LLC (“BlueSuite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This Policy supplements our Terms of Service and is part of your agreement with us. By using BlueSuite, you agree to follow this Policy.

BlueSuite is built for service businesses. It is intended for legitimate business operations, and we expect all users to use it that way. You may use BlueSuite to:

BlueSuite includes email and SMS features that let you communicate with your clients. When using these features, you are responsible for making sure your messages meet the following standards:

If you operate in or send messages to recipients in other jurisdictions, you are responsible for complying with the laws that apply there as well.
We take our email and SMS sending reputation seriously. If your messaging practices result in high bounce rates, spam complaints, or carrier blocks, we may limit or suspend your ability to send messages through the platform.
You are responsible for all content you upload, create, or distribute through BlueSuite. This includes quotes, invoices, emails, SMS messages, portal content, website pages, and any other materials. Your content must not:
If we receive a valid complaint about content you have posted or distributed through BlueSuite, we may need to remove it or restrict access to it.
BlueSuite is a shared platform. Please do not use it in ways that consume unreasonable amounts of resources or degrade the experience for other users. Examples of problematic usage include sending extremely high volumes of API requests, uploading excessively large files, or running processes designed to stress-test our infrastructure.
We may implement fair use limits on certain features. If your usage is approaching or exceeding those limits, we will notify you and work with you to find a solution before taking any restrictive action.
If you invite team members to your BlueSuite workspace or give clients access to your client portal, you are responsible for making sure those people also follow this Policy. This means you should make your team aware of these rules and take reasonable steps to prevent misuse within your account.
If someone you have invited violates this Policy, we may take action against your account, especially if the violation is serious or you were aware of it and did not address it.
If you become aware of any violation of this Policy, or if you believe another user is misusing the service, please let us know. You can report violations by contacting us at support@bluesuite.app. We appreciate your help keeping BlueSuite a safe and reliable platform for everyone.
We may investigate any suspected violation of this Policy. If we determine that a violation has occurred, we may take one or more of the following actions depending on the severity:
We will try to give you notice and a reasonable opportunity to address the issue before taking action against your account. However, we reserve the right to act immediately and without prior notice when we believe it is necessary to protect the service, other users, or third parties from harm.
We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, legal requirements, or best practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the platform or by email.
Your continued use of BlueSuite after any changes to this Policy means you accept the updated terms. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically.
