Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), California residents have the right to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of their personal information.
BlueSuite does not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We do not exchange your data for money.
However, we use advertising tools from Meta (Facebook Pixel) and Google (Google Ads conversion tracking) on our websites. Under the CPRA, sharing data with these advertising platforms for targeted advertising purposes may be considered “sharing” of personal information, even though no money changes hands.
The categories of information that may be “shared” through these tools include:
You can opt out of this sharing in any of the following ways:
When you visit our websites, use the cookie consent banner to decline advertising and marketing cookies. You can update your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer.
We honor the Global Privacy Control signal. If your browser sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out request and will not load advertising cookies for your session. You can enable GPC in browsers like Firefox, Brave, or through browser extensions.
Send an email to support@bluesuite.app with the subject line “Do Not Share My Personal Information” and we will process your request. Please include the email address associated with your BlueSuite account if you have one.
Once you opt out, we will stop loading Meta Pixel and Google Ads tracking cookies on your browser. This means:
We will never deny you service, charge you a different price, or provide a different quality of service because you exercised your opt-out right.
For full details about how we collect, use, and protect your information, please see our Privacy Policy. For details about the cookies and tracking technologies we use, see our Cookie Policy.
