Cookie Policy

Last Updated: April 8, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies and similar tracking technologies we use across our websites and platform, why we use them, and how you can control them.

This policy covers the following BlueSuite properties:

What Are Cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites place on your device (computer, phone, or tablet) when you visit them. They help the site remember information about your visit, like your login status or language preference. Some cookies are deleted when you close your browser (session cookies), while others stay on your device for a set period of time (persistent cookies).

Beyond traditional cookies, we also use related technologies like pixels and local storage. For simplicity, we refer to all of these as “cookies” throughout this policy.

How We Use Cookies

We use cookies for four main purposes:

  1. Strictly necessary – to make the platform work (authentication, security)
  2. Analytics – to understand how people use our sites so we can improve them
  3. Advertising and marketing – to measure the performance of our ad campaigns and show relevant ads
  4. Functionality – to remember your preferences and settings

The sections below describe each category in detail, including the specific cookies involved, who sets them, and how long they last.

Categories of Cookies We Use

a. Strictly Necessary Cookies

These cookies are essential for BlueSuite to function. Without them, you would not be able to log in, maintain a session, or use the platform securely. They cannot be disabled.

b. Analytics Cookies

Analytics cookies help us understand how visitors interact with our sites. We use this data to improve the user experience, identify popular content, and fix issues. The data collected is aggregated and does not directly identify you by name.

Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

GA4 measures traffic patterns, page views, and general usage behavior across all three of our sites.

_ga_*Maintains session state for GA42 years

BlueSuite Visitor Tracking

We use our own first-party tracking to understand how visitors find our sites and to attribute signups to the marketing channels that referred them. This data is stored on our own servers and is not shared with third-party analytics or advertising platforms.

CookiePurposeDuration
bpvStores a unique visitor ID along with your landing page URL, referrer URL, and URL parameters (such as UTM campaign tags) to track how you found our site. Works across all BlueSuite subdomains.1 year

c. Advertising and Marketing Cookies

We run paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) to reach potential customers. These cookies let us measure whether those ads are working, and they allow ad platforms to show relevant BlueSuite ads to people who have already visited our sites.

Meta Pixel (Facebook Pixel)

The Meta Pixel tracks conversions from our Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns. It also enables remarketing, which means you may see BlueSuite ads on Facebook or Instagram after visiting our site.

CookiePurposeDuration
_fbpIdentifies browsers for ad delivery and measurement90 days
_fbcStores the last Facebook ad click identifier90 days
frDelivers and measures the relevance of ads90 days

Google Ads

Google Ads cookies track conversions from our Google search and display ad campaigns. They also support remarketing so that you may see BlueSuite ads on Google Search, YouTube, or sites in the Google Display Network after visiting our site.

_gcl_auStores conversion data from Google Ads clicks90 days

d. Functionality Cookies

Functionality cookies remember choices you make to give you a better, more personalized experience. Disabling these will not break the platform, but you may need to re-enter preferences each time you visit.

CookiePurposeDuration
Language/locale preferenceRemembers your preferred language setting1 year
UI state preferencesRemembers interface settings like sidebar collapse state or table sort order1 year

Google Tag Manager

We use Google Tag Manager (GTM) as the delivery mechanism for the analytics and advertising cookies listed above. GTM is a tag management system that lets us deploy and update tracking scripts from a single interface, rather than adding each script directly to our site code.

GTM itself sets a cookie (_gtm) to manage tag state. GTM does not collect personal data on its own. It simply triggers the third-party tags (Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, Google Ads, Microsoft Clarity) that are described in the sections above.

Third-Party Cookies

Some of the cookies on our sites are set by third parties, not by BlueSuite directly. These companies may collect information about your activity across different websites over time. We do not control how these third parties handle your data once it leaves our site. We encourage you to review their privacy policies:

How to Control Cookies

You have several options for managing or blocking cookies.

Cookie Consent Tool

When you first visit our sites, you will see a cookie banner that lets you accept or decline non-essential cookies. You can update your preferences at any time by clicking the cookie settings link in the footer of our website.

Browser Settings

Most web browsers let you control cookies through their settings. You can typically find these options in the “Privacy” or “Security” section of your browser preferences. You can block all cookies, block only third-party cookies, or clear existing cookies. Keep in mind that each browser works a bit differently, so check your specific browser’s help documentation for detailed steps.

Google Analytics Opt-Out

Google provides a browser add-on that prevents Google Analytics from collecting data about your visits. You can download it here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout

Impact of Disabling Cookies

If you block or delete cookies, some parts of our sites may not work correctly. Strictly necessary cookies (like authentication) are required for the platform to function. Blocking analytics or advertising cookies will not break anything, but it means we will not be able to measure site performance as accurately or show you relevant ads.

Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal with each request. We honor Do Not Track signals. When we detect a DNT signal from your browser, we will not load non-essential tracking cookies (analytics and advertising) for that session.

Updates to This Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the cookies we use or for legal and regulatory reasons. When we make significant changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this page. We encourage you to check back periodically to stay informed about how we use cookies.
