The BlueSuite ChatGPT plugin lets you manage your entire BlueSuite account from inside ChatGPT. You can create quotes, send invoices, look up contacts, track jobs, schedule appointments, and handle service requests by typing or talking.

The plugin connects directly to your BlueSuite workspace. Anything you do through ChatGPT syncs instantly with your dashboard, mobile app, and client portal.

How to get started

1. Open the BlueSuite ChatGPT plugin in ChatGPT.
2. Sign in with your BlueSuite account when prompted.
3. Start typing or talking. Tell ChatGPT what you need and it will take action in your BlueSuite account.

Using voice

Team access

Each team member can connect their own ChatGPT account to your shared BlueSuite workspace. They will have access based on their role and permissions, the same as in the dashboard.

Disconnecting

You can revoke the ChatGPT plugin’s access to your BlueSuite account at any time from your workspace settings under Integrations.
